The MW 680 Microwave Digestion System is a top-loading, closed vessel microwave digester with high-pressure capabilities to enhance digestion quality while decreasing digestion time. This microwave digestion system is capable of simultaneously running up to 6 high-pressure closed vessels, providing a fast and automated method to digest even the most difficult samples. With simple one-step operation and full computer control of temperature and power, this cost-effective microwave digester consolidates your AA, ICP-AES, and CP-MS applications. Your TRANSFORM 680 Closed Vessel System includes:
Round, pressure resistant heavy duty oven chamber made of PFA-coated stainless steel
Evenly distributed microwave field throughout the chamber to ensure uniform heating for each sample vessel.
6 closed vessels designed to operate at up to 250°C temperature and 400psi pressure.
Maximum 1200 watts microwave output with fast, seamless power control for the full power range.
A sealed pressure control system.
A microwave-immune thermocouple temperature control probe.
Vessels equipped with Teflon® inert inner surface and Ultem® outer covering for superior mechanical strength.
Ever present, operator transparent, electronic temperature safety interlocks.
Over-pressure venting safety interlock.
Top-loading door push-button with mechanical safety interlocks on the oven door
Separate dual exhaust systems - one for the electronics and the other for the microwave oven cavity.
Adaptive control software, that allows total controlled programming of temperature independent of the workload.
